Package Details

This is the most popular package. I recommend an initial call or video chat before any booking to make sure I am the right fit for your big day. After we have agreed it's a good fit and confirmed my availability I will send you a questionnaire via Google Docs. This will ask for information about what you would like for some of the finer details of the ceremony as well as ask about your specific love story. This is not meant to be homework, some people prefer to write things out other prefer to discuss over a call. After you have reviewed the questionnaire we will set up a call or video chat to go over everything. Once I have all of that information I can write up a draft. I will share that with you via Google Docs and you can provide me feedback so I can further edit it and you're welcome to edit yourself. There is no limit on the amount of edits. I understand things can be fluid and we can adjust things all the way up until you are walking down the aisle. My aim is to be upbeat, lighthearted and romantic. I hope to tell the story of how you met, how your relationship grew and how the proposal happened. If you choose to keep your vows private, I will provide vow options to use during the ceremony, I understand that for some it's important to share those promises in private. If you would like assistance in writing your vows I can certainly help.

On the day of your wedding I will arrive approximately 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. I will be wearing a suit with a tie to match your color scheme. If your wedding is themed and you require me to where something besides a traditional suit I am more then happy to work with you on that. My first order of business will be to make sure that the rings and the marriage licenses are there. Once I know we've got the most important parts I check in with the rest of the bridal party. If there is time I'll make sure to remind everyone of spacing when coming down the aisle to make sure pictures come out their best and no one is bunched up, a sort of pep talk before we get the show started. During the ceremony I will read from a leather binder unless you prefer something else. After the ceremony I will link up with the witnesses of your choosing and complete the paperwork.

 On the next available business day I will mail your marriage licenses to the appropriate town clerk via certified mail. I will provide you with this tracking information as well as scans of the documents. Once I see the license has arrived at the town clerk I will contact them and ensure everything is in order.

This package offers all of the same elements as the custom wedding ceremony package without the paperwork. For vow renewals I like to focus on capturing everything that's happened since your wedding. I do like to include that original love story, that first date, that proposal, that wedding day, but I also want to hear about how you two have grown since then and express that in the ceremony. Together we will write out a ceremony to captures all of the highlights of the last 10 or 25 or maybe even 50 years and solemnize the moment by renewing your commitment to one another.

This package is appropriate for smaller, less formal gatherings. I will arrive 15-30 minutes early and be in semi-formal attire and officiate a brief ceremony. If provided with information about your relationship I can touch on that during my remarks.

I will provide you with this tracking information as well as scans of the documents. Once I see the license has arrived at the town clerk I will contact them and ensure everything is in order.

I  will meet you at a location of your choosing, make sure to have two witnesses over the age of 18. With two witnesses there I will ask you each if you choose to marry one  another. Upon your affirmation I will sign the paperwork along with your witnesses.

I will provide you with this tracking information as well as scans of the documents. Once I see the license has arrived at the town clerk I will contact them and ensure everything is in order.

For these I provide all the same services as my custom packages without the personalization of my remarks. This means the ceremony will be of a generic format and not touch on any aspects of your individual relationship. If you are very private people this may be the appropriate option.

I love dogs, I think it is great when they can be a part of the ceremony. I also know it can be a bit nerve racking trying to juggle the care of your beloved furry friend along with throwing the biggest party of your life. It is great to have those furry friends in photos but you may not have someone available that can work with your dog during that time. If schedule permits I will gladly arrive early or stay later to help with your dog and manage them during photos or whatever other events are occurring around the ceremony. Upon completion if you need them brought to a kennel in your hotel room or back to your house I will gladly secure them. I will provide you with a photo update once I leave them so you know they're safe, fed and hydrated when you see them at the end of the night.

I obviously can not watch you dog while officiating but my wife will gladly take on that role if needed. Should your dog become stressed or act up they can be whisked away and fed plenty of treats and calmed down until all the excitement has died down. We are owners of an adorable rescue pup and understand the care needed in situations to keep your beloved pup happy. If they're being sweet we can certainly reintroduce them to the festivities, if it's too much for them they'll get good exercise and snacks to get them to their happy place.

I love dancing as does my wife. If you would like to extend an invite for us to hit the dance floor we will gladly oblige should our schedules permit. Once your cocktail hour and dinner have completed we will head over to the venue and absolutely crush it on the dance floor. This is obviously not a normal package option but if after we've met you think our energy matches I love to get out there, bust a move and see a couple celebrate their wedding after I had to fortune to preside over it.
